At Elie Tahari, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn, unwashed merchandise with all original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original designer tags are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
